Enter High Street South and experience a revolution in the city living. High Street South – First World Urban Living in Bonifacio Global City – will be the prime residential condominium district fit for world class city center dwellers.

Located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, parallel to Bonifacio High Street, right across Two Serendra. High Street South has a prime location and will be a natural extension of these established retail and residential destinations.

High Street South draws inspiration from cosmopolitan cities worldwide such as Tokyo, Singapore or Soho and Tribeca in New York – Truly “World Class“. High Street South will have 18 towers mixed use office, retail and residential – with flagship stores and restaurants, al-fresco dining, fruit and vegetable stands and amusement parks  – just below your doorstep.

As a resident of High Street South, you can use the amenities of both One Maridien and Two Maridien. The Lounge Bridge Deck, a private floor to ceiling window lounge, will give you a view of High Street South’s retail strip and connect One Maridien and Two Maridien.

Springing up over three city blocks in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, it will complement the city’s vision of an effortless fusion of convenience with comfort and refinement. This thriving community will step into view as BGC’s Cultural District – drawing art, style, diversity and leisure together to converge at your doorstep.

I’d like to ask regarding the pictures. It seems that the exteriors of the pic seem different from those in the brochures of high street south? The former seem to be absent with additional top and side concrete? Thanks!

Hi Mr. Duncan, the pictures of the brochure is the updated one. But it’s just the same with the masterplan of High Street South.

Would like to inquire if you have available commercial space at GF, which is suitable for a coffee shop business. Around 50-60 sqm?
